Appointment Request Concerns
Posted on 2011-04-19 21:59:49
Hey everyone! Sorry it has been such a long time since we've written. Anyway, one of the options, as many of you have found, is that you can send us an appointment request. However, many times, if no response is given from our side, we get worried clients asking why there was no response, and if this means they cannot bring in their pet. We just wanted to let you know that we only respond if a certain time does not work. For example, many times we deny extensive appointments a time between 12:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. because depending on the day, some of our staff likes to leave for lunch, and the doctor likes to catch up on some paperwork. Other appointments are denied if we have too many booked, or the time is too early or too late. However, the main point is to not worry if no response is given! That means that your request has gone through! ;-)
